The wire

The check

01 / Prepare
Wire Cutting & Stripping
Wire is cut to the lengths on your drawing and stripped to the length each terminal needs. Colour and gauge follow the BOM.

02 / Crimp
Terminal Crimping
Terminals are crimped on presses fitted with a dedicated applicator for each terminal and wire range, so crimp height stays consistent through the run

03 / Verify
Pull-Force Testing
Crimped samples are pull-tested on a force tester at set-up and during production to confirm terminal retention

04 / Connectors
Automatic Pin Insertion
Header pins are fed by vibratory bowls and inserted into housings on automatic lines for consistent pin height and position

05 / Assemble
Harness Assembly
Crimped wires are seated into housings in the order on your drawing, then jacketed, sleeved and labelled
06 / Inspection & release
Every part checked before release

CCD Vision Inspection
Automatic OK / NG sorting
Connector parts pass a CCD vision station that checks each part and sorts it to the OK or NG outlet automatically
Harnesses are checked against your drawing for wire order and terminal seating before packing
